Illinois Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Due to an amendment to the Illinois Human Rights Act, all Illinois employers are required to provide all of their employees (including part-timers, seasonal, and temporary workers) with an annual sexual harassment prevention training program. The Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) created a free training program that can be used by employers to satisfy this new training requirement.  Sessions are now available and must be completed by Harwood Heights bars/restaurants and all other businesses by December 31, 2020. (Bars/Restaurants have specialized training programs tailored to their industry.)  Please refer to the attachments below for all of the information needed to complete this process.
