The Village of Harwood Heights will be hosting its annual carnival and Summer Fest at St Rosalie’s Church parking lot and grounds (6750 W Montrose Ave). This year includes four days of a carnival (starting 8/17/23 evening) and three days of Summer Fest with bingo, bands, and food from August 18-20. Click here for all the details.
