The Harwood Heights Youth Commission (HHYC) will be hosting a Halloween Party on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Village Recreation Center from 1:00 -3:00pm. This event is for ages 0 -12 and registration is required. (Harwood Heights residents ONLY) You must register in person at the Village Hall to show proof of residency. (CDC guidelines will apply.)
