Chef Boris of Ridgemoor Country Club once again brings his cooking talents to Harwood Heights for two evenings of cooking demonstrations.  Students will learn step-by-step directions, ingredients, and taste the wonderful creations of Chef Boris. Mark your calendar for 6:00-7:00pm on Tuesday, February 21 for a mushroom bisque dish – and on Tuesday, February 28 for steak au poivre (pepper steak).  Participation in each class is $20 or $35 if you register for both.  Click here to see the flyer for these demonstrations.
