The Village of Harwood Heights will be hosting a Holiday Cooking Demonstration Class featuring Chef Boris Kirzhner of the Ridgemoor Country Club. The event will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 6:00-7:15pm in the Harwood Heights Recreation Center. Tonight he will be demonstrating how to make Mushroom Risotto.
