The experienced staff of the Village of Harwood Heights Water Department provides residents with the following services:
- Billing payment information
- Final bill requests
- Meter equipment service
- Meter readings
- General customer information
NOTE: Residents should regularly check all toilets, faucets, and anywhere else where water leakage/loss may be an issue to avoid high water bills.
Residential billing is done on a bi-monthly basis. Multi-Unit, Commercial, and Non-Profit billing is done on a monthly basis.
Water bill payments can be made online by clicking here. You must register when paying your bill online for the first time. To register, you will need your account number and PIN number (both found on your bill). Once you've registered, you can just sign-in the next time you want to make a payment.
Payments can also can be made at the Village Hall, 7300 W. Wilson Ave, during normal business hours - Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am - noon. The Village also has a mailbox outside its main entrance where payments can be deposited 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Past due water bills are penalized at a rate of 10% of the total bill if paid after the due date. The Village allows forgiveness of one penalty per year.
