Roy Schmidt has lived in Harwood Hts. since 1989. Roy graduated from Roosevelt High School and has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years. He worked as a health underwriter for over 25 years and is currently a physician malpractice underwriter.
He and his wife Marge, have two sons, Steven and Ryan, who attend Union Ridge School . Roy and his family believe in giving to the community by volunteering. They have volunteered in many community events, including St. Rosalie Carnival, St. Priscilla’s Carnival and delivering hot meals to seniors in their home.
