Tree Planting Program Application
for Spring 2005
Please mark your selection of species of
the tree listed below by number using "1" as your first choice,
number "2" as your second choice and number "3" as your third
Choice. Species availability will be on
a first come first serve
basis. The Village must also approve your planting location based on
utilities,
overhead wires, water lines, existing trees
etc.

flowers may be white or
shades of pink. Use for planting where a
small tree is desired, limited space is available or under power
